Our latest model Synchromaster was specially designed for people new to the CNC precision forming market, in need of a fast press brake. This brake is a very easy-to-use 3-axis machine with standard high speed backgauge and 2-axis ram control.

The servo-hydarulics system together with the linear scales and CPU system guarantees a bending accuracy of 0.0004". The machine comes standard with 2-axis ram control + programmable tilt and a high speed servo driven single axis backgauge. The Synchromaster can be ordered with American or European tool holders. We offer models from 45T - 5' up to 350T - 20'. |

Synchromaster: CNC control Options |

We offer 4 CNC options: the standard 3-axis ATS560 LED control with LED display, controls the 2 ram axis and AC driven backgauge. The optional ATS570 control with monochrome 9" LCD display has the same functions as the ATS560 but is a more user friendly because of the machine-operator dialogue on screen.
The optional ATS 590 2D is a high-end 4-axis Graphical control based on the DOS Operating System. The optional FastBEND 2D Control is a high-end 4-axis Graphical control based on the Windows Operating System. . Synchromaster: backgauge system |
|
The standard high speed, servo-driven backgauge has a 26.5" or 31" stroke depending on the size of the machine. The positioning accuracy is 0.004". 2 Adjustable finger blocks come as standard. They are manual adjustable in width and height (3.937" and 5.111"). |

Primeline Press Brakes
PRIMELINE "S" Series Servo Press Brakes
PRIMELINE Press Brakes are constructed of steel plate weldments amply-sized for the rigidity and stability to fully withstand the applied pressing forces and to keep deflection at the lowest possible level. They are fully hydraulic, with down stroking rams and utilize servo hydraulic technology. The hydraulic system incorporates two cylinders and a high volume pump to assure quiet operation and is located for easy access. Cylinder pistons are ground, hard-chrome plated. Fully adjustable Servo valves paired with linear scales ensure the machine maintains its +/- .0004 repeatability. An easy to operate CNC controller indicates the position of the ram and the back gauge axes. Stroke length can be adjusted and controlled. Two speed ram advance is standard. Controls are contained in a swiveling console mounted on the machine for convenient operation; and, there is also a movable pedestal with two-hand (palm button) control and emergency stop button.
